摘 要:将机器人与自动导引小车进行技术整合,提出机器人携带自动导引小车的概念。对驱动力进行分析计算,开发了适用于机器人携带自动导引小车的驱动舵机。应用SolidWorks软件Simulation模块对所设计的机器人携带自动导引小车车体进行仿真分析,确认设计合理。根据各类实际应用需求,设计各类车载标准化模组,并搭载相应的控制系统。开发出机器人携带自动导引小车样机,成功应用于工厂的自动化升级改造项目,确认机器人携带自动导引小车的实用性,能够提升企业生产制造自动化水平,提高生产效率和竞争力。The robot and the AGV were technically integrated, and the concept of the robot carrying AGV was proposed.The driving force was analyzed and calculated, and the driving steering gear suitable for the robot carrying AGV was developed.The simulation module of SolidWorks software was used to simulate and analyze the designed robot carrying AGV body to confirm that the design is reasonable.According to various practical application requirements, various types of vehicle-mounted standardized modules were designed and equipped with corresponding control systems.A prototype of a robot carrying AGV was developed, which was successfully applied to the automation upgrading project of the factory.It is confirmed that the practicability of the robot carrying AGV can improve the automation level in production of the enterprise, and improve the production efficiency and competitiveness.
