摘　　要：高等职业技术学院贯彻《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》,高度重视全方位学生能力的培养,重视课前课中课后教学效果的检测和评价,通过精心设计环节、实施检测任务;反思教学效果,调整教学实施;总结教学经验,优化教学方案;完善测评制度,激励教学质量提高等教学实践,有力促进了课堂教学质量的提高。Chenzhou Vocational and Technical College carries out the General Plan of Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era, attaches great importance to the cultivation of all-round students’ ability, and pays great attention to the detection and evaluation of the teaching effect before class, during and after class. This paper reflected on teaching effect, summarized teaching experience and optimized teaching plan. The paper also improved the evaluation system so as to promote the classroom teaching effectively.
