摘　　要：信息化技术的飞速发展突显了数字化教学资源的优势。而“一带一路”背景下,高职空乘专业英语课程的优质数字化教学资源有待补充。以哈尔滨职业技术学院为例,从高职学生的英语基础和企业需求出发,结合学校现有的信息化教学水平,探讨因材施教、顶层设计、形式多样、多方互动等资源建设的策略,介绍基础技能、通识知识、空乘知识等数字化资源的建设内容,提出师资队伍、建设模式、整体设计等方面的深层思考,旨在为高职空乘专业优质资源建设提供新的思路,为高质量航空乘务人员的培养提供参考,进而推动高职院校教学改革。The rapid development of Information Technology highlights the advantages of digital teaching resources.Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiatives,High-quality digital teaching resources for professional English Course for flight attendants in higher vocational colleges are relatively scarce.Taking Harbin Vocational&Technical College as an example,the paper explores the strategies of resource construction such as teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,top-level design,various forms,and multi-party interaction,which is based on English Basics for Higher Vocational Students and enterprises needs and combined with the current level of information-based teaching in the school.It has introduced the content of digital resources such as basic skills,general knowledge,flight attendant knowledge while it has proposed Proposed in-depth thinking on the teaching staff,construction mode,overall design,etc.It aims to provide new ideas and reference for the construction of high-quality resources as well as training flight attendants,which contributes to promoting teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,
