摘 要:目的探讨标准化病人(SP)与电子化标准病人(ESP)在专科层次临床医学生临床实践技能教学中的应用和效果。方法选取2019级临床专业两个班的100名学生为观察组,同时选取另两个平行班的102名学生作为对照组。观察组采用SP与ESP相结合的模式进行临床实践技能培训,对照组采取单一的医学模型及ESP教学,比较两组学生实践技能操作成绩、人文关怀能力及对教学的满意度。结果观察组学生的实践技能操作成绩、人文关怀能力及对教学满意度都明显高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论SP与ESP相结合的培训模式可明显提高学生的临床实践技能及人文关怀能力,是临床实践技能教学的有效手段。Objective To explore the application and effect of standardized patient(SP)combined with electronic standardized patient(ESP)in the teaching of clinical practice skills for clinical medical students at specialty level.Methods 100 students from two classes of Grade 2019 clinical specialty were selected as the observation group,and 102 students from two parallel classes were selected as the control group.The observation group received clinical practice skill training in the mode of combining SP and ESP.The control group adopted the single medical model and ESP teaching.The performance of practical skills,humanistic care ability and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of practical skills,humanistic care ability and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of SP and ESP training mode can significantly improve students'clinical practice skills and humanistic care ability,it is an effective method of clinical practice skills teaching.
