摘　　要：现代学徒制是深化产教融合、校企合作的重要实现形式,尤其是对于装备制造类专业,能有效提升技术技能人才培养的针对性。在介绍天津海运职业学院焊接技术与自动化专业开展现代学徒制实践过程的基础上,分析高职装备制造类专业在开展现代学徒制试点过程中存在的问题,提出改进措施和建议,为将来现代学徒制全面铺开推广提供经验借鉴。Modern apprenticeship system is an important form to deepen the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation.Especially for equipment manufacturing majors,it can effectively improve the pertinence of training technical talents.On the basis of introducing the practice process of modern apprenticeship in the welding technology and automation specialty of Tianjin Maritime Vocational College,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the pilot process of modern apprenticeship in the equipment manufacturing specialty of higher vocational colleges,and puts forward improvement measures and suggestions,so as to provide experience and reference for the comprehensive promotion of modern apprenticeship in the future.
