摘  要:目的 探讨问题式学习(PBL)结合循证理念在护理教学改革中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年2月-2019年3月到我院实习的74例护生为本次的研究对象,采用随机方法将研究对象平均分为对照组、观察组,每组37例,对照组实施传统带教方式,观察组实施问题式学习(PBL)结合循证理念,对比两组出科考核成绩以、护生对带教方式的评价效果及临床批判性思维能力。结果 观察组理论成绩、实践操作能力评分显著高于对照组(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组护生激发创新思维、独立解决问题的能力、强化护患沟通能力、提升护理临床实践能力评分显著较高(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组护生的求知欲、分析能力、开放思维、寻找真相、认知成熟度及信心方面的评分情况均较高(P>0.05)。结论 PBL结合循证理念的带教模式在临床上卓有成效,可以有效提高护生的理论成绩、实践操作能力以及临床批判思维能力,以此来更好提高护理质量,值得推广。Objective To explore application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with evidence-based concept in nursing teaching reform.Methods The paper chose 74 nursing students in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 37 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional teaching methods,and observation group with problem-based learning (PBL) combined with evidence-based concept.Graduation examination results,evaluation effect of nursing students on teaching methods and clinical critical thinking ability were compared between two groups.Results Scores of theoretical achievement and practical operation ability in observation group were significantly higher than control group (P>0.05).Scores of nursing students in observation group were significantly higher in stimulating innovative thinking,solving problems independently,strengthening nurse-patient communication and improving nursing clinical practice ability than control group,(P>0.05).Scores in observation group were higher in thirst for knowledge,analytical ability,open thinking,looking for the truth,cognitive maturity and confidence (P>0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with evidence-based concept teaching mode is effective in clinical practice,can improve theoretical achievement,practical operation ability and clinical critical thinking ability of nursing students effectively,with better nursing quality,which is worthy of promotion.
