摘　　要：在“一带一路”背景下,如何培养建筑设备安装工程技术专业国际化人才,满足国际化需求,是目前高职建筑专业人才培养研究中的重点与难点。本文梳理了当前“一带一路”背景下高职院校相关专业国际化人才培养的现状以及存在的问题,确定了该专业人才培养的目标与规格,并从多方面探讨了该专业人才培养体系的构建思路,旨在为“一带一路”校企融合下高职建筑设备安装工程技术专业国际化人才的培养提供参考。In the context of“Belt and Road”,cultivating international talents of construction equipment installation engineering technology to meet the international demand is the focus and difficulty in higher vocational colleges.This paper intends to sort out the current situation and existing problems of international talent cultivation in related majors in higher vocational colleges in the the context of“Belt and Road”,determine the goals and specifications of the professional talent cultivation,and discuss the construction ideas of the professional talent training system from various aspects,with a view of providing reference for the cultivation of international talents in higher vocational construction equipment installation engineering technology under the“Belt and Road”school-enterprise integration.
