摘 要:在大数据+智能时代,以往单独的数据素养/胜任力或人工智能素养/胜任力,已不能满足社会对人才的要求;数智胜任力的提出是数智融合时代的必然产物,也是未来教师及各领域专业人员必需具备的能力和素质。为此,基于胜任力理论,通过文献分析、自然编码、词频统计等方法,初步构建了教师数智胜任力模型;然后运用德尔菲法,经过两轮迭代式修正,最终形成由数智意识及观念、数智知识与技能、高阶数智思维能力、数智教学应用能力、相关人格特质5个一级指标和25个二级指标所构成的教师数智胜任力模型。这一模型在实践应用中着重培养教师的数智融合与人机协同育人意识,并基于教师的高阶数智思维能力,不断提升其数智教学应用能力,从而促进教育教学的高质量发展。In the era of big data+AI,data literacy/competence or artificial intelligence literacy/competence alone can no longer meet the requirements of society for talents.The concept of data intelligence competence is the inevitable product of catering to the era of data intelligence fusion,and it is also the necessary ability and quality for future teachers and professionals in various fields.Therefore,based on the competency theory,through literature analysis,natural coding,word frequency statistics and other methods,the model of teachers’data intelligence competence is preliminarily formed.Then,using Delphi method,after two rounds of iterative revision,the model of teachers’data intelligence competence is finally constructed,which consists of five first-level indicators,namely,data intelligence consciousness and concept,data intelligence knowledge and skills,higher-order data intelligence thinking ability,data intelligence teaching/learning application ability and related personality traits,and 25 second-level indicators.In practice,this model focuses on cultivating teachers’awareness of data intelligence fusion and human-machine collaborative education,and based on teachers’higher-order data intelligence thinking ability,it constantly improves their data intelligence teaching application ability,thus promoting the high-quality development of education.
