摘  要:分析了“双高计划”背景下高职物流专业“双师型”教师教学团队建设现状和面临的问题,并提出建设策略,即合理统筹规划建设方案,整合校内外资源,建立激励机制,优化教师结构等,以充分发挥“双师型”教师教学团队的作用,培育新时代的物流人才。In this paper,we analyzed the current situation and problems of the construction of"double-qualified"teaching team for the logistics specialty in higher vocational colleges under the background of the"double-high plan",and proposed some pertinent strategies,including rationally planning the construction roadmap,integrating on-campus and off-campus resources,establishing an effective incentive mechanism,and optimizing the structure of teachers,etc.,to give full play to the role of the"double-qualified"teaching team,and cultivate logistics talents in the new era.
