摘  要:目的探索适宜的临床药学本科专业“查证用证”循证思维培养体系,加强临床药学专业教育中的循证思维培养。方法采用对比分析法、文献法、床边教学、案例讨论以及问卷调查等方法,分析构建该培养体系的必要性以及构建思路。结果培养方案中系统设置相关课程、根据培养目标细化课程内容,实习教学问卷调查显示,希望在实习中加入循证思维培养相关内容的意愿大于中等强度;循证思维培养的作用评价强度依次是:循证医学(循证药学)实践能力的提高、对临床药学领域知识更新的主动捕捉能力、专业理论知识的巩固、临床思维的培养、激发学习动力与激情、人际沟通能力的培养。结论在临床药学本科专业应用“查证用证”的循证思维培养体系,为更好地培养临床药学专业本科生的循证思维提供思路。OBJECTIVE To Explore the appropriate evidence-based thinking training system of“verification and use of evidence”in order to strengthen the cultivation of evidence-based thinking in the undergraduate major of clinical pharmacy.METHODS The necessity and construction ideas of the training system were analyzed by the methods of comparative analysis,literature method,bedside teaching,case discussion and questionnaire survey.RESULTS The relevant courses in the training program were systematically set up,and the course content was refined according to the training objectives.The questionnaire survey of internship teaching showed that the willingness to add evidence-based thinking training related content in the practice was greater than the moderate intensity.The evaluation of the effects of evidence-based thinking education in the following order:the improvement of the practical ability of evidence-based medicine(evidence-based pharmacy),the ability to actively capture the updated knowledge in the field of clinical pharmacy,the consolidation of professional theoretical knowledge,the cultivation of clinical thinking,and the stimulation of learning motivation and passion,the development of interpersonal communication skills.CONCLUSION The application of the evidence-based thinking training system of“verification and use of evidence”would provide the ideas for better training the evidence-based thinking in clinical pharmacy undergraduates.
