摘  要:白砂糖和赤砂糖联产的煮糖制度,有利于蔗糖分回收和产品质量提升,有利于节能减排,但由于目前赤砂糖在国内不是主流产品,其市场定价会影响糖厂的经济效益。本文用敏感性分析方法,在制定白砂糖和赤砂糖联产的煮糖制度时,对产生影响糖厂收入的主要不确定因素进行分析,为企业决策提供依据;同时利用精确计算的煮糖制度实例进行验算,结果完全一致。The sugar boiling system in co-production of white granulated sugar and brown granulated sugar is beneficial to the total recovery of sucrose and the improvement of product quality,as well as to energy saving and emission reduction.However,at present,brown granulated sugar is not the mainstream product in China,its market pricing will affect the economic benefits of sugar mills.In this paper,the main uncertain factors which affect the income of sugar mill were analyzed by sensitivity analysis method when making the boiling scheme of white granulated sugar and brown granulated sugar to provide the evidence for decision-making;at the same time,an example of precision designed boiling scheme was used to check the calculation,and the results were completely consistent.
