摘  要:为建立顶空—气相色谱法快速测定米粉中的二氧化硫残留量,以提高米粉中二氧化硫残留量的检测效率与精确度,本文通过全自动顶空进样器直接进样至气相色谱仪,使用ECD检测器进行测定。结果显示,气相色谱法检测米粉中的二氧化硫,在5~150μg范围和120~1500μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9993与0.9994,检出限为2μg,最低检测浓度为0.0002 g/kg,相对标准偏差为3.66%,回收率在88%~95%。由此可见,该方法灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简单,可提高二氧化硫的检测效率,适用于米粉中二氧化残留量的大批量检测。In order to establish a headspace gas chromatography method for rapid determination of sulfur dioxide residue in rice flour,and to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of sulfur dioxide residue in rice flour,the full-automatic headspace sampler was used to inject samples directly into the gas chromatograph,and ECD detector was used for determination.The results showed that the content of sulfur dioxide in rice flour determined by gas chromatography ranged from 5-150μg range and 120-1500μg,the correlation coefficients were 0.9993 and 0.9994 respectively,and the detection limit was 2μg.The lowest detection concentration was 0.0002 g/kg,the relative standard deviation was 3.66%,and the recovery was 88%-95%.It can be seen that this method has high sensitivity,good reproducibility,simple operation,can improve the detection efficiency of sulfur dioxide,and is suitable for the mass detection of residual dioxide in rice flour.
