摘　　要：《额尔古纳河右岸》是一部描述生活在额尔古纳河流域的鄂温克族的生活状态和百年沧桑的史诗般的民族文学作品。美国汉学家徐穆实(Bruce Humes)将其译成英文,译作海外接受度良好。本文以读者的期待视野为研究视角,分析译者对原作中的文化负载词所采取的翻译策略,以期为文学作品的翻译提供参考和借鉴。"The Left Bank of Ergun"authored by Chi Zijian is an epic literature featuring the life of Ewenke nationality spanning approximately a century.The English version translated by American Sinologist Bruce Humes were published under the title of"The Last Quarter of the Moon"and were well received among English readers.This desired acceptance of the translated version overseas motivates the author to conduct a research on the translation strategies employed within the framework of Horizon of Expectations.It is aimed for shedding some light on the choice of translation strategies for translators of Chinese minority literature.
