摘 要:参与学科竞赛是培养新商科人才的重要内容,但现阶段商科学生参与相关学科竞赛的参与度仍普遍低于理工科大学生。为探索商科学生参与学科竞赛的影响机制,通过实证调查浙江省大学生经济管理案例竞赛参赛学生受外部环境影响和自主性支持的程度,挖掘商科学生在自我决定过程中提升参赛动机、提升竞赛成效的路径。研究发现:商科学生参与学科竞赛时,主要受外部环境和自主性支持的影响,并以自主性动机为中介因素,影响竞赛的成效。据此提出指导老师和参赛高校需注重发挥学生自主性支持的作用、赛事组织方需激发商科学生无意识的自主性动机等建议。Participating in subject competitions is an important way to cultivate“new business talents”.However,at this stage,the participation rates of business students are still relatively lower than that of science and engineering students.In order to explore the influence mechanism of business students'participation in subject competitions,an empirical investigation about the Zhejiang Province College Student Economic Management Case Competition has been conducted to illustrate the degree of external environment influence and autonomous support of the students'participation.Based on the Self-determination Theory,this paper proposes a business students'self-determination process and empirical tested the paths to improve their motivation and promote the outcomes of competition.The study finds that when business students participate in subject competitions,they are mainly affected by the external environment and autonomy support,and autonomy motivations are intermediary factors to affect the effectiveness of the competition.On this basis,it is proposed that the instructors and participating universities should pay attention to the role of the support for self-determination,and the event organizers should take effective actions to stimulate the unconscious autonomous motivation of business students.
