摘  要:在老年科重视舌诊临床教学,能提高学生中医辨证思维能力。近几年来中医舌诊的教学形式各种各样,如临床见习、多媒体教学、实训教学等,但在临床规培及实习过程中,发现临床辨证时学生的舌诊综合运用能力欠缺。因此在临床规培带教中,教师加强舌诊教学的临床培训,可提高学生辨舌及中医辨证思维能力。Paying attention to clinical teaching of tongue diagnosis in geriatrics can improve students’thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation.In recent years,there are various teaching forms of TCM tongue diagnosis,such as clinical probation,multimedia teaching,training teaching and so on.However,in the process of clinical training and practice,it is found that students’comprehensive ability of tongue diagnosis is insufficient in clinical syndrome differentiation.Therefore,in clinical training,teachers should strengthen the clinical training of tongue diagnosis teaching,which can improve students’thinking ability of tongue discrimination and TCM syndrome differentiation.
