摘　　要：目的通过对住院医师规范化培训的效果进行分析,发现住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题并探寻对策进一步健全住院医师规范化培训制度,并为医院的管理提供决策咨询。方法对2015年—2019年安徽医科大学第二附属医院住院医师的规范化培训成绩和考核结果进行讨论和分析。结果对规范化培训效果的评价分析研究表明每年各项考核项目均比前一年有较大提升。结论考核评价是住院医师规范化培训的重要环节。通过对考核评价的分析,可以判断和保证培训效果,为检验考核效果、提高培训质量提供依据。Objective To analyze the effects of standardized residents training in hospital,to find out the existing problems,so as to propose corresponding countermeasures to further improve the standardized training system for resident physicians,and provide decisionmaking consultation for hospital managements.Methods The standardized training scores and assessment Results of residents in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from 2015 to 2019 were discussed and analyzed.Results Through the evaluation and analysis of the effect of standardized training,it is shown that each assessment item is greatly improved compared with the previous year.Conclusion The assessment and evaluation of the standardized training is an important part.Through analyzing the assessment and evaluation of the standardized training,effect of training can be judged and guaranteed,providing basis for checking the effect of assessment and improving the quality of training.
