摘 要:通过对高职大学生应对压力和管理情绪的方法进行调研发现,高职大学生对压力和情绪的理解存在误区,认知不足又进一步导致了解决相关问题时的策略性失误。在深入分析和了解学情的基础上研判,大学生心理健康课程开设情绪管理和压力调控专题十分必要,并应有序地引导学生辩证地理解压力和情绪,使学生切实掌握一些科学的方法去应对压力并对情绪进行有效管理,提升情绪智力,激发学生的学习动机以及勇于承担责任、应对压力、解决问题的信心和信念。It is found that there are some misunderstandings on pressure and emotion among higher vocational college students through an investigation on their stress coping strategies and emotion management methods,and the lack of awareness further leads to strategic errors in solving related problems.On the basis of in-depth analysis and understanding of the learning situation,it proposes to set up the topic of emotion management and pressure regulation in the course of mental health.We should guide students to correctly understand the pressure and emotion,and master scientific methods to deal with the pressure and manage the emotion,so as to stimulate their learning motivation and strengthen their confidence to take responsibility,deal with pressure and solve problems.
