摘　　要：根据旅游管理专业人才培养目标和文旅部发布的《2021年全国导游资格及中高级导游等级考试大纲》,构建“旅游政策与法规”课程教学体系。从该课程的课程思政教学目标、教学内容与设计、教学方法与手段以及教学评价与反思等方面探索适合高职旅游管理专业课程思政的有效途径,重点培养学生宪法意识,增强学生法律与政策观念,使学生能利用所学知识指导旅游实践工作,成长为心系社会并有时代担当的技术型人才。"Tourism policies and regulations"is a professional core course of tourism management specialty in higher vocational colleges.It is also a compulsory subject for the national tour guide qualification examination,which is vital for training students to become highly qualified talents with compound technical skills.Thus,it meets the development needs of tourism industry to adopt the ideological and political theories teaching in this course.Taking the course as a case study,this paper mainly aims to explore the effective way of"ideological and political theories teaching"for tourism management specialty in higher vocational colleges in terms of its teaching objectives,teaching content and design,teaching methods and means,as well as teaching evaluation and reflection.
