摘　　要：打破职业教育培养层次“天花板”,培养本科层次,甚至研究生层次的技术技能型人才是职业教育的大势所趋,各省已试点多年。提炼了广东省某高职院校“3+2”高本衔接试点专业的协同育人人才培养模式,总结其经验、做法和成果,以期为我国其他高职院校打通职业教育立交桥提供借鉴。Breaking the"ceiling"of vocational education training levels and cultivating technical and skilled talents at the undergraduate level or even the postgraduate level is the general trend of vocational education,which has been piloted for many years in various provinces.This article refines the“3+2”cooperative education talent training model of a higher vocational college in Guangdong Province,and summarizes its experience,practices and results,in order to provide relevant reference for other higher vocational colleges in our country to open up the rising channel of vocational education.
