摘  要:通过对江苏省常州市63家产教融合型企业申报材料文本的分析,具体呈现产教融合型企业的基本特征及其参与职业教育办学的现状,剖析企业在产教融合方面存在的现实困境:市场饱和度较高,企业参与参差不齐;产业类型过于集中,企业结构急需优化;政府统筹力度不够,融合渠道有待进一步贯通。在此基础上得出相应的结论和启示:政府有效统筹,加强对产教融合型企业的监管和考核;多主体协同发力,确保企业短期和长期利益的获得;加强企业内部创新,实现企业文化价值和品牌效应。Carrying out the pilot of industry-education-integration city is an innovative practice to implement the national industry education integration strategy,which is of great practical significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of regional industries,the innovative development of education,and the overall strength of urban modernization.Through the text analysis of the application forms of 63 industry education integration enterprises in Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province,this paper presents the basic characteristics of industry education integration enterprises and their participation in vocational education,and analyzes the practical difficulties of enterprises in industry education integration:high market saturation and uneven enterprise participation;types of industries are too concentrated,and the nature of enterprises is limited;the government's overall planning is not enough,and the integration channels need to be further connected.On this basis,the corresponding conclusions and enlightenment are drawn:the government should effectively plan as a whole and strengthen the supervision and assessment of industry-education-integration enterprises;multi subjects work together to ensure the short-term and long-term interests of enterprises;strengthen the internal innovation of enterprises and realize the cultural value and brand effect of enterprises.
