定向培养士官生的积极心理资本及其与心理健康的关系

摘　　要：采用积极心理资本量表(PPQ)和症状自评量表(SCL90),对定向培养士官生的积极心理资本水平和心理健康状况进行施测,结果表明,定向培养士官生的积极心理资本与心理症状成显著负相关,积极心理资本水平越高,心理健康状况越好,积极心理资本中的韧性和希望因子能预测其心理健康状况。了解士官生的心理资本,有助于高校有针对性地采取有效措施,提高士官生心理健康水平。The level of positive psychological capital and mental health status of the orientation-trained non-commissioned officers were tested by adopting the Positive Psychological Capital Scale (PPQ) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL90).According to the results,there was a significant negative correlation between the positive psychological capital and psychological symptoms of the orientation-trained non-commissioned officers.In other words,the higher the level of positive psychological capital,the better the mental health.Mental health status can be predicted by resilience and hope factors in positive psychological capital.Mastering the psychological capital of non-commissioned officers is conducive to taking effective measures in a targeted manner to improve the mental health of non-commissioned officers in colleges and universities.
