摘　　要：综述了棕榈油酸的富集方法、棕榈油酸在调控机体肥胖过程中的分子机制及其在肥胖相关疾病中的作用,为棕榈油酸的进一步开发与应用提供参考。The enrichment methods of palmitoleic acid,the molecular mechanism of palmitoleic acid in regulating obesity and its role in obesity related diseases were reviewed,so as to provide reference for the further development and application of palmitoleic acid.
