摘 要:当前医学专业课程教育专注科学脑的形塑,忽略人文心的培养,面临育德功能缺失的风险。叙事医学作为医学教育和临床人文实践落地模式,可用于应对这种缺失所带来的风险。为探索如何构建融入叙事医学的组织学与胚胎学课程体系,以及融入后的课程效果,本研究尝试构建在叙事医学视域下,创新育人策略,将医德教育贯穿于组织学与胚胎学教学全过程中的一种模式,并通过问卷调查的方式就该模式下组织学与胚胎学教学课程调整后在我校2020级临床医学专业学生中开展的效果进行了评估。结果显示学生对该课程有较高满意度,且认为该课程有利于相关医学人文素养的提升。本研究提出了一种可行且有效的在组织学与胚胎学课程体系中系统性提升医学人文素养的体系。At present,medical professional curriculum focuses on the formation of scientific and systemic thinking in medical students,while the cultivation of their humanities have been somewhat ignored,facing the risk of lack of education in ethics.As a practical model of medical education and the practice of medical humanities,narrative medicine has the potential to address such issue.In this study,a novel education strategy incorporating medical ethics into the whole process and elements of histology and embryology teaching with narrative medicine was developed and the effectiveness of such strategy has been examined via course survey among clinical medicine students in Grade 2020 of our university.The survey results indicated apparent course satisfaction and students agreed that the such approach of histology and embryology teaching could also improve their medical humanities.A new strategies strategy of education in the course of histology and embryology from the perspective of narrative medicine to improve medical students’humanities qualities have been demonstrated.
