摘　　要：发展本科层次职业教育是新形势下职业教育进行的一次重要改革,在实施过程中正面临着一系列亟须解决的问题,而师资培养工作则是实现本科层次职业教育人才培养目标的关键因素和重要环节。通过对本科层次职业教育师资培养的现状和必要性进行了分析,梳理了高职院校在升级为职教本科办学后的师资培养存在的问题,探索性提出了本科层次职业教育师资培养策略、实施办法和保障措施,为促进高职院校向职教本科院校顺利转型、快速发展和对职业院校教师培养工作提供参考。The development of undergraduate vocational education is an important reform of vocational education under the new situation.In the process of implementation,it is facing a series of problems that need to be solved urgently,and teacher training is the key factor to realize the talent training goal of undergraduate vocational education.By analyzing the current situation and necessity of teacher training of vocational education at the undergraduate level,this paper combs the existing problems of teacher training after upgrading to vocational undergraduate in higher vocational colleges,and tentatively puts forward the strategies and guarantee measures of teacher training of vocational education at the undergraduate level,so as to provide reference for promoting the smooth transformation and rapid development of higher vocational colleges to vocational undergraduate colleges and the training of teachers.
