校企合作环境下的高校英语教学改革分析

摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,各类企业对优秀人才的要求正逐渐增加,对个人的综合能力,尤其是英语才能的要求标准也不断提高。学校已成为应用型、实用型人才培养的重点培养阵地,肩负着培养高综合素质优秀人才的使命。怎样提高英语专业教学的质量,以及如何提高英语专业大学生的英语实际运用能力,一直是中国大学英语专业教学改革研究的重要内容。因此,许多大学推出了校企合作的教育理念,积极推进英语专业的教育教学改革,以努力提高人才培养质量。With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of economy,the requirements for excellent talents are gradually increasing,and the demand for individual comprehensive ability,especially English ability,is also getting obviously increasing.Universities and colleges have become key training places for application-oriented and practical talents training,shouldering the mission of cultivating world excellent talents.However,how to improve English teaching of English majors and how to improve students’English application ability of English major have always been the important part of the research of English teaching reform in Chinese universities.Therefore,many universities have launched the educational concept of school-enterprise cooperation,and actively promote the education and teaching reform of English major,in order to improve the quality of talents training.
