学前教育专业幼儿英语教师职前培养策略初探

摘　　要：随着全球化进程的不断加快,英语学习在我国逐渐呈现全民化、低龄化趋势。越来越多的家长开始重视幼儿英语学习,整个社会对幼儿英语教师的需求不断增加,因此,为社会培养合格的幼儿英语教师显得尤为重要。文章通过分析高校学前教育专业幼儿英语教师培养方面存在的问题,对幼儿英语教师职前培养策略进行了初步探讨,以期能为高校培养合格幼儿英语教师提供可行性参考。With the accelerating process of globalization,English learning is gradually showing a trend of nationalization and younger age in China.More and more parents are beginning to pay attention to children’s English learning,and the demand for children’s English teachers in the whole society is increasing.Hence,to train qualified children’s English teachers for the society becomes particularly important.This paper aims at providing feasible references for colleges and universities in the cultivation of qualified children’s English teachers among students majoring in preschool education by finding solutions to problems existing in current training systems.
