摘 要:教育均衡发展背景下,一些国家和地区的教师供给管理行动,一直试图通过建构标准化的供给管理模式实现普遍理想化的教师充分供给。但是,由于学校的差异性、多元性和复杂性,完全适合不同区域的教师供给管理标准无法在供给管理执行中获得完美结果。导致不同地区、不同层次学校教师的供给管理无法满足学校正常发展需要。因此,建构科学、合理的教师供给管理制度,提升教师供给管理服务功能,才可能留住更多合格且适合的教师为教育事业奋斗终身。Under the background of balanced development of education,some countries and regions have been trying to construct a standardized supply management model to achieve the universal and ideal supply of teachers.However,due to the diversity,variety,and complexity in schools,the teacher supply management standards which are completely suitable for different regions cannot achieve perfect results in the implementation of supply management.As a result,the supply management of teachers who are in different regions and different levels of schools cannot meet the normal development needs of schools.Therefore,only to construct a scientific and suitable teacher supply management system and optimize the service function of teacher supply management can keep more qualified and suitable teachers striving for the cause of education for life.
