立德树人视域下中学体育课堂篮球教学设计与评价——以扬州市新华中学为例

摘　　要：当前,青少年体质监测数据呈现下降的趋势,面对这种严峻形势,体育课逐渐被学校重视,成了提高学生体质的重要手段,但在体育教学中融入德育的情况仍然不容乐观。扬州市新华中学的学校体育课在教学过程中存在许多问题,具体体现在新华中学的体育教师队伍中缺乏教学素质高的人才,教学教育资源不足,教师无法更好地开展教研工作。在教学大环境下,重视文化成绩,轻视体育锻炼,学生的身体素质下降,对学生身体素质要求高的运动无法得到有效开展,在这种情况下,应做到以下4点:第一,健全体育教师培训体系,优化教师队伍结构,使教师能够做好教学设计工作;第二,转变教学模式,拓宽教学评价内容和主体,使评价结果更加全面;第三,设立德育目标,促进学生健康成长;第四,完善评价体系,落实立德树人的根本任务。At present,the monitoring data of teenagers’physique shows a declining trend.In the face of this severe situation,physical education is gradually valued by schools and has become an important means to improve students’physique.However,the situation of integrating moral education into PE teaching is still not optimistic.There are many problems in the process of school PE teaching in Yangzhou Xinhua High School,which are specifically reflected in the lack of highly educated talents in the team of pe teachers in Ynagzhou Xinhua High School,the lack of teaching and education resources,teachers can not better carry out teaching and research work.pay attention to cultural achievements in the teaching environment,despise physical exercise,and the decline of students’physical quality,and sports with high requirements for students’physical quality cannot be carried out effectively.In this case,the following four requirements should be met:First,improve the physical education teacher training system and optimize the teacher team structure,so that teachers can do a good job in the teaching design from the perspective of Lide Shuren;Second,change the teaching mode,broaden the content and subject of teaching evaluation,and make the evaluation results more comprehensive;Third,set up moral education objectives to promote the healthy growth of students;Fourth,improve the evaluation system,implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.
