三维融合式教学模式在雷达情报组网装备教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：针对雷达情报组网装备教学存在的学员学习兴趣不高、装备资源数量不足、教员教学训练模式单一的问题,从教学过程、教学方法、训练模式三个方面进行了探索,提出了三维融合式教学模式。三维融合式教学模式的运用激发了学员学习热情,提高了人才培养质量。several problems existed in radar intelligence network materiel teaching,such asstudy interests of students are quite low,the quantity of materiel resources is lack,and teaching mode is simple and so on.In this paper,three-dimension integrated teaching mode is presented,which makes an exploration from teaching process,teaching method and training mode.Meanwhile,the practice application is given too.Moreover,teaching practice shows that application of three-dimension integrated teaching mode helps to stimulate cadets learning enthusiasm and improve talents training quality.
