摘　　要：中医由于其语言与文化层面的特殊性,在翻译实践中常常出现不可译现象,给中医对外交流与传播带来诸多障碍。从语言和文化两个层面举例,分析了中医翻译中的不可译现象,以期引起对中医翻译及中医国际化困难的深度思考,从而探讨促进中医可译的途径与方法。Due to the features and specialties in language and culture,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) sees problems of untranslatability in translating practice,which consequently brings about some obstacles to its international communication with foreign countries.This paper analyzes the untranslatability from the perspectives of language and culture,aiming to raise further discussion on the difficulties in TCM translation and internationalization so as to increase the consciousness of searching for better ways for TCM translation.
