摘  要:构建系统的教师教学能力框架是评价教师教学能力的依据,也是提高教师教学与学生学习效果的关键。全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛的评分要求对高职教师能力框架的构建具有一定的参考价值。基于前人的研究成果,结合大赛的评分要求,在课程思政改革的背景下,从知识领域、教学领域、社会领域等方面搭建了高职外语教师教学能力的评价框架,希望给高职教学带来一定的启示与帮助。Building a systematic framework of teaching ability is the basis of evaluating teachers’ teaching ability, as well as the key to improve the effect of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning. The scoring requirements of the national vocational college teaching ability competition provide a certain reference value for the construction of teaching ability framework for foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges. Under the background of the ideological and political reform of the curriculum,based on the previous researches, as well as the scoring requirements of the competition, the paper builds an evaluation framework of foreign language teachers’ teaching ability in higher vocational college from three aspects including knowledge field, teaching field and social field, hoping to bring some enlightenment and help to higher vocational teaching assessment.
