摘　　要：教学质量是高职院校的办学立校之本,是高职院校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,是向社会培养输送人才的重要指标保障。基于此,文章主要对一种以定性特征为考评思路的高职教学质量评价体系进行分析探究,即RBF神经网络质量评价模型,以期帮助相关高职院校机构,采用分层分析的方法来切实解决教学质量评价问题。Teaching quality is the foundation of higher vocational colleges.As an important part of higher education,higher vocational colleges are an important indicator to train and transport talents to the society.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes and explores a higher vocational teaching quality evaluation system based on qualitative characteristics,that is,RBF neural network quality evaluation model.It is hoped that this paper can help relevant higher vocational institutions to adopt the method of hierarchical analysis to effectively solve the problem of teaching quality evaluation.
