摘　　要：海上石油平台的餐饮服务质量和食品安全问题关系到我国海洋石油事业的发展,加强对海上石油平台的食品安全管理,不仅有利于提升海上石油平台餐饮服务质量,还能为我国海洋石油能源发展战略提供坚实的后勤保障力量。因此,海上石油餐饮服务企业管理人员要抓住餐饮服务和食品安全管理工作的要点,不断探索和完善餐饮服务管理制度和食品安全管理方法,为我国海上石油事业的发展保驾护航。基于此,本文分析了海上石油平台餐饮服务目前存在的问题,并提出了相应的管理措施和方法。Offshore oil platform of food service quality and food safety issues related to the development of offshore oil industry in China.Strengthening the food safety management of offshore oil platform is not only conducive to improving the catering service quality of offshore oil platforms,but also provides a solid logistical support for China’s offshore oil energy development strategy.Therefore,the management personnel of offshore oil catering service enterprises should grasp the key points of catering service and food safety management work,and constantly explore and improve the catering service management system and food safety management methods,so as to escort the development of China’s CNOOC and petroleum industry.Based on this,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the offshore oil platform catering service,and puts forward the corresponding management measures and methods.
