摘  要:随着我国社会经济的发展以及人们生活水平的提高,食品种类随之增多,食品安全问题越来越严峻。因此,对食品中常见致病菌进行检测非常有必要。食品检测技术的应用,能够有效、准确检测出食品中的致病菌,有助于发现食品安全问题,提高改进措施,继而保障食品安全。在我国食品检测技术不断改进、完善的过程中,目前对常见致病菌的检测技术基本成熟,但仍然存在一些不足,有待继续改进。基于此,现就食品中常见致病菌检测技术的问题与改进对策进行总结与分析,旨在提升食品中致病菌的检测水平,形成高效、成熟的食品致病菌检测技术体系,以进一步提高食品的安全性。With the development of China’s social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,there are more kinds of food,and food safety is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,it is necessary to detect common pathogenic bacteria in food.The application of food detection technology can effectively and accurately detect pathogenic bacteria in food,help to find food safety problems,improve improvement measures,and then ensure food safety.In the process of continuous improvement and perfection of food detection technology in China,the detection technology of common pathogenic bacteria is basically mature,but there are still some deficiencies,which need to be further improved.Based on this,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems and improvement measures of the detection technology of common pathogenic bacteria in food,aiming at improving the detection level of pathogenic bacteria in food,forming an efficient and mature detection technology system of pathogenic bacteria in food,so as to further improve food safety.
