摘 要:相比于传统线下教学,线上教学具有自己无可替代的优势。但目前高职院校线上教学质量管理依然存在教学目标不够明确、教师信息化水平较低、教学管理工作不到位等主要问题,分析主要包括线上教学质量管理观念落后、教学平台适应性不全面、线上教学质量管理机制不健全等成因。因此提出建构线上教学全面质量管理体系、加强线上教学平台管理工作、加强教师线上教学能力培养、健全线上教学管理机制等线上教学质量管理提升路径,以期对高职院校线上教学质量管理方略提供参考。Compared with the traditional offline teaching, the online teaching possesses its irreplaceable advantages.However, at present, there are still some main problems in online teaching quality management of higher vocational colleges, such as unclear teaching objectives, low informatization level of teachers and inadequate teaching management. The analysis includes mainly the causes of backward concept of online teaching quality management, incomplete adaptability of teaching platform, imperfect online teaching quality management mechanism and so on. Therefore, this paper puts forward some ways to improve the online teaching quality management, such as constructing the overall quality management system of online teaching, strengthening the management of online teaching platform,strengthening the cultivation of teachers’ online teaching ability, and perfecting the online teaching management mechanism, in order to provide reference for the online teaching quality management strategy in higher vocational colleges.
