摘 要:基于社会交换理论和认知-情感人格系统理论,构建恩威视角下双元领导如何通过领导信任和内部人身份感知作用于员工创新行为的链式中介模型。研究利用回归分析和结构方程模型进行假设检验,结果表明:(1)恩威并施的双元领导能够显著正向影响员工创新行为;(2)领导信任和内部人身份感知分别在领导者恩威并施对员工创新行为的正向影响中起部分中介作用;(3)领导信任和内部人身份感知在恩威视角下双元领导与员工创新行为间起链式中介作用。研究结论为促进员工创新行为提供一定启示。Based on the social exchange theory and cognitive-affective personality system theory,using regression analysis method and structural equation model,this study constructs a moderated chain mediation model to explore the influence of ambidextrous leadership on employee innovative behavior through leader trust and perception of insider. The results show:(1)Ambidextrous leadership is significantly positively correlated with employee innovative behavior;(2)Leader trust and perception of insider play partial mediation role between ambidextrous leadership and employee innovative behavior respectively;(3)Leader trust and perception of insider play a chain mediating effect between ambidextrous leadership and employee innovative behavior. This study is aim to provide some enlightenment for the organization to promote employee innovative behavior.
