摘　　要：毕业实习与毕业设计(论文)作为我国工科类高校本科教育中理论教学的完善和补充,是卓越工程师和新工科教育的根本保证。文章分析我国工科专业教育中毕业实习、毕业设计(论文)和学生就业的现状,在此基础上阐述实施毕业实习、毕业设计(论文)和就业工作一体化培养模式的优势和意义,并结合个人的思考,从人才培养方案修订完善、校外实践基地稳固、“实习-设计-就业”双导师制建立与培养模式质量监控、考核和管理制度的构建等四个角度,提出对“实习-设计-就业”一体化人才培养模式的构建。Graduation practice and graduation project(Thesis),as the improvement and supplement of theoretical teaching in undergraduate education of Engineering Colleges and universities in China,is the fundamental guarantee of excellent engineers and new engineering education.This paper analyzes the current situation of graduation practice,graduation project(Thesis)and students'employment in China's engineering education.On this basis,the paper further expounds the advantages and significance of implementing the integrated training mode of graduation practice,graduation design(Thesis)and employment,this paper analyzes the advantages and significance of implementing the integrated training mode of graduation practice,graduation design and employment.And combined with personal thinking,this paper puts forward the construction of"practice design employment"integrated talent training mode from four aspects:the revision and improvement of talent training scheme,the stability of off campus practice base,the establishment of"practice design employment"dual tutorial system and the construction of training mode quality monitoring,assessment and management system.
