摘　　要：人才振兴是产业振兴的关键,抓好乡村人才队伍建设,就要抓住巩固拓展脱贫成果、牵牢乡村振兴的“牛鼻子”。我国160个国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县,全分布在西部10省区,通过对其5年多的调查以及精准扶贫第三方评估核查经验,可以得出巩固拓展脱贫成果必须同乡村振兴衔接的结论。现在重点帮扶县人才匮乏、乡村人才培训不适应乡村振兴需求等突出问题是制约巩固拓展脱贫成果与乡村振兴衔接的最大障碍。只有转移富余劳动力与多渠道吸引原籍人才回乡两手抓、改派乡村振兴特派员、成立乡村人才师资培训基地、大力发展职业教育、城乡学校互派教师、快速缩小城乡师资差距、整体提高乡村教育质量,才能有效完成脱贫成果与乡村振兴衔接。Talent development is the key to the industrial revitalization,the good construction of talent team should be based on the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements,and the firm grasp of the key handle of rural revitalization.The 160 key counties receiving assistance are in 10 provinces and regions in west China.Through the investigation in the past 5 years and the experience of third-party evaluation and check of targeted poverty alleviation,the article has drawn the conclusion of the inevitable coordination between consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization.The biggest obstacle impeding this coordination is the prominent problems such as severe lack of talents,inadaptability of rural talents training to the needs of rural revitalization.The effective coordination of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization can only be effectively achieved by due attention paid to both labor transferring and multi-channel introduction of talents back to their hometowns,dispatching new staffs for rural revitalization,establishing training bases for rural teachers,great development of vocational education,mutually dispatching teachers between urban and rural schools,swiftly narrowing the gap between urban and rural teachers,comprehensively improving rural education quality.
