摘　　要：在新时期环境下,国家十分重视高等教育的发展,高职院校教育作为高等教育的重要部分,积极响应国家教育发展政策,不断探索教学改革。此背景下,劳动教育逐渐受到了高职院校教育的关注,且高职院校的办学特点更加有利于劳动教育的开展,但想要实现劳动教育有效开展,高职院校需要结合其教育现状做好劳动教育工作的优化研究。下面,文章就主要针对新时代高职院校劳动教育的困境与路径进行分析,希望对相关教育工作的开展提供参考。In the new era, the country attaches great importance to the development of higher education. As an important part of higher education, higher vocational colleges actively respond to the national education development policy and constantly explore teaching reforms. However, to realize the effective development of labor education, higher vocational colleges need to integrate their education do a good job in the optimization research of labor education. Below, this paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the difficulties and paths of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era, hoping to provide references for the development of related education work.
