摘　　要：食品微生物检测技术是高等职业院校的一门专业技能型课程。混合式教学在食品微生物检测技术课程中的应用,具有实时再现、快速统计、促进学习意识转变等优势。为实现混合式教学,食品微生物检测技术课程在教学内容、教学方法、课程思政等方面进行教学设计和改革,并应用于教学实践中,以取得良好的教学效果。Food microbiological detection technology is a professional technical course in higher vocational colleges.The application of blended teaching in the course of food microbiological detection technology has the advantages of real-time reproduction,rapid statistics and promoting the change of learning consciousness.In order to realize the blended teaching,the course of food microbial detection technology has been designed and reformed in the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,curriculum ideology and politics,and explored and studied in the teaching implementation process,which has achieved good teaching effects.
