摘 要:在高校本科工程教育认证的背景下,基于OBE教学理念,以对270名食品科学与工程专业学生开课前调查问卷结果分析为基础,对“食品分析”课程进行了教学内容、教学方法、实验实践及考核方式等方面的探索和改革,采用案例式、启发式等教学,网络资源的充分利用,实验单元组合,多类型综合考核等多种方式的相结合进行课程教学,在课后对学生的问卷调查结果表明,通过课程教学多元化的改革,充分调动了学生的学习积极性,提高了学生的专业能力,使学生对自己未来职业发展有了较为清楚的认识,培养了学生的创新能力和实践能力,取得了较好的教学效果。Under the background of undergraduate engineering education accreditation,based on the OBE teaching idea,based on the analysis of the questionnaire results of 270 students majoring in food science and engineering,the teaching contents,teaching methods,experimental practice and assessment methods of food analysis course were explored and changed in different ways.The results of questionnaire survey showed that through the diversified curriculum teaching,the knowledge reserve of students was expanded,the professional ability of students was improved,and students had a clear understanding of their future career development.It has fully mobilized the students'enthusiasm for study,cultivated the students'innovative ability and practical ability,and achieved good teaching effect.
