摘  要:思政教育与专业教育的相互融通形成隐性教育与显性教育的育人合力,对于构建全员全程全方位的“三全育人”大格局具有重要实践意义。立足于新时代工匠培育视角,在厘清内涵意蕴的基础上,剖析思政教育与专业教育“双融双驱”的客观诉求与现实困境,并进一步刻画二者深度融合的应然图景,理性呈现其逻辑理路以及达成双向奔赴的内在契合点。为了实现思政教育与专业教育“双融双驱”的理想状态,从一体化育人范式、立体式顶层设计、教师成长新生态、高质量评价新机制等层面全方位打造新时代工匠培育的实现路径。The fusion of curriculum ideological and political education and professional education forms the resultant power of implicit education and explicit education,which is of great practical significance to the construction of a comprehensive‘Sanquan education’pattern.Based on the perspective of craftsman cultivation in the new era,this paper clarifies the connotation,analyzes the objective demands and practical difficulties of the"dual integration and dual drive"of curriculum ideological and political education and professional education,further depicts the picture of the deep integration of the two,and rationally presents the integration logic and the internal points of common goals.To realize the state of"dual integration and dual drive",it is necessary to create an all-round realization path for the cultivation of craftsmen in the new era from the aspects of integrated education paradigm,three-dimensional top-level design,and new ecology for teachers'growth,a new mechanism for high-quality evaluation,etc.
