摘 要:非正式评价主要是指幼儿教师在幼儿一日生活中对幼儿的言行做出的一种反馈,具有随时、随地、随性的特点,且因这种评价在幼儿的一日生活中发生频率较高,所以在幼儿的成长中处于非常重要的地位。对幼儿的认知、情感和社会性的发展都具有重要影响,但在研究中我们发现幼儿教师往往不重视非正式评价行为对幼儿成长的影响。幼儿教师运用非正式评价的水平和质量直接关系到评价的效果和质量,关系到学前教育教学的水平和质量,关系到幼儿的身心成长。本文以乡村振兴战略下农村幼儿教师运用非正式评价的现状及改进策略作为研究主题,通过了解农村幼儿教师运用非正式评价的现状,分析幼儿教师运用否定性非正式评价的原因,梳理农村幼儿教师运用非正式评价对幼儿产生的影响,进而提出解决对策,以期改进农村幼儿教师运用非正式评价的现状,构建农村幼儿健康的心理环境。Informal evaluation mainly refers to a kind of feedback that preschool teachers give to children's words and deeds in children's daily life,which is characterized by anytime,anywhere and randomness.Since such evaluation occurs frequently in children's daily life,it plays a very important role in children's growth.It has an important influence on children's cognitive,emotional and social development,but in the research,we found that preschool teachers often do not pay attention to the influence of informal evaluation on children's growth.The level and quality of informal evaluation by preschool teachers are directly related to the effect and quality of evaluation,the level and quality of preschool education and teaching,and the physical and mental growth of children.Taking the status quo that the rural preschool teachers use informal evaluation and improvement strategy under the rural revitalization strategy as the research subject,this paper analyzed the reason why the preschool teachers use negative informal evaluation,combing the impact on children made by the rural preschool teachers using informal assessment,and then puts forward the countermeasures in order to improve the situation of rural preschool teachers using informal evaluation,to build a healthy mental environment for rural children.
