摘 要:目的探讨学生标准化病人(SSP)结合案例教学法(CBL)在护理硕士专业学位研究生《高级健康评估》课程中的应用效果。方法采取历史对照研究的方法,选择成都医学院护理学院2019、2020级研究生为研究对象,对照组采用常规教学法进行教学,试验组采用CBL,且在实验课中引入SSP进行教学。应用一般资料调查表、实践能力评价表、评判性思维能力量表、课程满意度评价问卷对教学效果进行评价。结果试验组实践能力得分和评判性思维能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对课程满意度评价较高。结论SSP结合CBL应用于《高级健康评估》课程中,有助于提高学生实践能力,促进评判性思维能力的培养。Objective To explore the application effect of student standardized patient(SSP)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the course Advanced Health Assessment for graduate students of professional master degree of nursing.Methods Historical control study was adopted.And the graduate students of grade 2019(control group)and grade 2020(experimental group)from the nursing school of Chengdu Medical College were selected as the research objects.The control group received conventional teaching,while the experimental group received CBL,and SSP in laboratory classes.General data questionnaire,practical ability evaluation questionnaire,critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV),and course satisfaction evaluation questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of practical ability and critical thinking ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had a higher degree of course satisfaction.Conclusion The application of SSP combined with CBL in the course Advanced Health Assessment is helpful to improve students′practical ability and critical thinking ability.
