摘 要:以盾构隧道下穿砌体结构房屋为背景,以墙体最大拉应力增量为评价指标,分析洞内深孔注浆加固技术中径向加固半径、建筑物前后加固范围和隧道断面加固范围这3个主要技术参数在盾构隧道下穿砌体结构过程中对砌体结构的影响,并采用正交试验方法,确定主要技术参数影响洞内深孔注浆加固效果的主次顺序.结果表明:洞内深孔注浆技术可以对隧道周围的地层进行有效加固,减少盾构隧道施工对上部砌体结构房屋的扰动;对隧道周围进行全断面注浆时,加固效果最好;径向加固半径超过5m,建筑物前后加固范围超过1.5倍隧道直径时,注浆加固效果不再明显;在影响洞内深孔注浆加固效果的主要技术参数中,隧道断面加固范围对加固效果的影响最大,其次为径向加固半径,影响最小的为建筑物前后加固范围.Taking the shield tunnel undercrossing masonry structure building as an engineering background and the maximum tensile stress increment of the wall as an evaluation index,the effects of three main technical parameters of deep-hole grouting reinforcement technology in tunnel on masonry structure building during shield tunnel undercrossing were discussed.The main technical parameters include radial reinforcement radius,reinforcement range front and rear building and reinforcement range of tunnel cross section.The orthogonal test method was used to determine the important order of main technical parameters which influence the strengthening effect of deep-hole grouting.The results show that the stratum surrounding tunnel is effectively reinforced by deep-hole grouting technology in tunnel which can reduce disturbance to masonry structure building because of shield tunneling.The strengthening effect is the best when the whole cross section surrounding tunnel is grouted.The strengthening effect of grouting is no more significant when the radial reinforcement radius is more than 5 m and the reinforcement range around the building is over 1.5 times of tunnel diameter.Among three main technical parameters which influence strengthening effect of deep-hole grouting in tunnel,the reinforcement range of tunnel cross section expresses the largest effect on strengthening,the second is the radial reinforcement radius,and the least impact is the reinforcement rang around the building.
