摘 要:学前融合教育的实质是追求平等的教育机会,为特殊儿童创造更好的教育环境。当前,学前融合教育存在经费投入不足、资源短缺、转衔机制不健全、教师融合教育素养缺失以及支持系统不完善等现实困境。伙伴协作具有的资源共享、构建专业共同体、谋求共同发展等价值,为学前融合教育的实施提供了现实路径,即通过伙伴协作实现资源共享、弥补经费不足、推动学前融合教育的体制转衔、加强学前融合师资培养、培育学前融合教育支持系统。The essence of preschool inclusive education is to pursue equal educational opportunities and create a better educational environment for special children.At present,there are many difficulties in preschool inclusive education,such as insufficient funds and resources,imperfect transfer mechanism,lack of inclusive education literacy of teachers and imperfect support system.Partners with the resource sharing,building professional community,and seek common development,provides a realistic path for the implementation of the fusion of preschool inclusive education.That is,through the partners to realize resources sharing makeing up for a lack of funds,promote fusion preschool education system transition,strengthen the training of preschool teachers,and cultivate preschool education support system.
