摘  要:通过家长陪读现状调研、分析,探索随着我国特殊教育政策的不断完善以及人们对于特殊教育认识的逐渐深化,越来越多中、重度特殊儿童进入培智学校,所导致的学生数量大、学生障碍类型多样且程度重、师资力量匮乏等亟待解决的问题。依托三所实验学校借鉴北京等城市同类学校的管理方式,采取了家长陪读的的教学管理形式,请家长走进校园,协助学校老师完成一些学生管理和教学的辅助工作,缓解学校没有保育阿姨和师资不足的困难,并在此过程中逐步统一教育思想,实现教育康复目标的达成。文章以培智教育学校为例,通过调查对陪读家长情况进行了数据分析,并结合实际情况从制度、培训、师生关系和情绪问题调控等方面提出了具体建议,通过陪读家长的参与、利用家校合力共同促进义务教育阶段中重度智障类残疾学生的康复成长。Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of parental accompany reading,it is explored that with the continuous improvement of special education policy in China and the gradual deepening of people’s understanding of special education,more and more children with moderate and severe special needs enter the training schools,resulting in many problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the large number of students,various types and severity of students’obstacles,the lack of teachers and other problems.Relying on the management methods of similar schools in Beijing and other cities,the three experimental schools have adopted the teaching management form of accompanying parents.Parents are invited to enter the campus to assist the school teachers to complete some auxiliary work in student management and teaching,so as to alleviate the school’s lack of childcare aunts and insufficient teachers,and in the process of gradually unifying the educational thinking to achieve the goal of educational rehabilitation.Taking the Peizhi education school as an example,the article analyzes the data of the parents who are accompanying students through investigation,and puts forward specific suggestions from the aspects of system,training,teacher-student relationship and emotional problem regulation based on the actual situation.Home and school work together to promote the rehabilitation and growth of students with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities in the compulsory education stage.
