摘 要:提升课堂教学质量,是职教提质培优的重要价值取向。实施新生研讨课是国内外高校缓解新生适应困境、提升教学质量的重要举措。基于高职课改趋势、生源与毕业生情况及入学教育现状,高职院校引入新生研讨课,以此推动课堂教学改革,提升课堂教学质量,是实现高职教育高质量发展诉求的创新举措。实施新生研讨课经历了从计划到实施再到评估的探索过程,推出了系列举措,取得了明显成效,对学生成长、教师发展、学院改革产生了积极影响。但作为新生事物,还需完善顶层设计、改善教学实施、增强模式延续性。Improving the quality of classroom teaching has become an important value orientation for improving the quality of vocational education.Implementing freshmen seminars is an important measure for colleges and universities at home and abroad to alleviate the difficulties of freshmen adapting and improve the quality of teaching.Based on the trend of higher vocational curriculum reform,the source of students and graduates,and the status of enrollment education,higher vocational colleges introduce freshman seminars to promote classroom teaching reform and improve classroom teaching quality.It is an innovative measure to achieve the high-quality development of higher vocational education.The implementation of the freshman seminar has gone through a process of exploration from planning to implementation to evaluation.A series of measures have been launched,which have achieved significant results,and have had a positive impact on student growth,teacher development,and college reform.But as a new thing,it is necessary to improve the top-level design,improve the teaching implementation,and enhance the continuity of the model.
