全国中医院校中医临床人才培养模式改革现状探究

摘　　要：检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文期刊服务平台和万方数据知识服务平台近30年来中医人才培养改革相关文献,从检索到的120余篇文献中进行分析、归纳、总结,最终获得中医院校培养模式改革相关文献48篇。通过对48篇文献研究,发现目前中医院校中医临床人才培养模式改革多从传统中医教育及现代院校教育的结合为出发点,重点从课程设置、中医信念培养、临床实践等方面进行实施方案的改革,取得了一定成效,但也存在较多不足,目前尚未探索出传统教育与院校教育充分有效融合的中医临床人才培养改革的新路径。By searching the relevant literature of Chinese medicine talent training reform in the past 30 years from China journal full text database,VIP Chinese journal service platform and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,we analyzed,induced and summarized more than 120 literatures,and finally obtained 48 literatures related to the training mode reform of university of Chinese medicine.Through the study of 48 literatures,it is found that the current reform of clinical talents of traditional Chinese medicine in university of Chinese medicine mainly starts from the combination of traditional Chinese medicine education and modern college education,and focuses on the reform of the implementation plan from the aspects of curriculum,traditional Chinese medicine belief training,clinical practice,etc.,which has achieved certain results,but there are also many shortcomings.At present,traditional education and colleges and universities have not been explored It is a new path of clinical talent training reform of traditional Chinese medicine with full and effective integration of education.
