摘 要:为了研究裙板结构对市域列车车内噪声的影响,基于边界元法,根据市域动车组实际几何尺寸、车辆基本参数和主要噪声源,考虑声源激励特性和传递路径,建立市域列车车体表面声学响应仿真计算模型,分析计算安装裙板后的车体表面声学响应,并作为后续研究加装裙板结构对车内噪声影响的声源激励边界。基于统计能量分析方法,建立市域列车车内噪声仿真预测模型,将计算得到的轮轨声源振动声辐射和现场试验得到的各辅助设备声压级作为声源激励输入,通过线路试验验证模型的有效性。借助于理论模型调查裙板位置和裙板高度对车内噪声的影响。根据车体结构的隔声和裙板吸声处理优化结果,对车内噪声进行降噪效果评估。研究结果表明:当转向架及辅助设备位置安装全遮挡裙板时,最高可使车内噪声增加2.9 dB。将地板和车门隔声量同时增加7.0 dB,且裙板全铺设吸声材料,可以消除安装裙板对车内噪声的影响。In order to study the effect of skirt on the interior noise of suburban train,based on the boundary element method,a simulation model of car-body acoustic response was established.According to the actual geometry size of suburban train,the basic parameters of the train and the main noise sources,the excitation characteristics and transmission path of the sources were considered.The acoustic response of the car-body surface was analyzed and calculated when the train was fitted with skirt plates.It would be used as the source excitation boundary for subsequent study of train interior noise.Based on statistical energy analysis method,a simulation model of train vehicle interior noise was established.The vibration and sound radiation of wheel/rail source and the sound pressure level of auxiliary equipment which obtained from experiments were taken as the excitation input of source.The validity of the model was verified by experiments.The influence of skirt location and skirt size on the interior noise was investigated.According to the optimal results of sound insulation of the car-body structure and sound absorption of the skirt,the interior noise reduction effect was evaluated.The results show that when full shielding skirt is installed at the bogies and auxiliary equipment,the interior noise can be increased by up to 2.9 dB.When the sound insulation of the floor and the door increase by 7.0 dB,and the skirt is fully laid with sound-absorbing materials,the influence of the skirt on the interior noise can be eliminated.
